Epson ET-8550: Printed colours are messed up

Installed a brand new Epson ET-8550. Janked out the rollers.

Plain White works well

Print without white works well here printed on white T-shirt

BUT when I want to print WHITE+COLOR then everything turns messy.

Here you can see the original .ai file and below the print

The settings for above is

100% white under color

Print color first and Color+White in the print menu

ICC profile not showing up

I have created an icc profile with an X-rite but it does not show up in the available profiles in AcroRip 10.3. I have it in the same directory as the ones that show up. InstallDir\Profile\CMYK. I've tried one directory above this one still no joy. I am using Argyll CM to create the profile. Could that be the issue?

Any suggestions?

I've been trying to print with Acrorip 10.4 and my prints are coming out with both edges completely cut off.

I'm using the ET-8550 and A3+ (13x19) Paper

Im using Acrorip version 10.4 with the Epson Ecotank Et-8550 and my prints are coming out cut off. Its only printing a portion of the image down the sheet.

Can’t print from Acrorip 10.3 that came with used printer?

I purchased a R3000 and it came with Acrorip 10.3. I have the dongle and have downloaded the software. When I hit print it acts like it is sending the print to the printer put it never hits the printer spool. I can print from other programs without any issue. I have printed a test page from Windows and the ports match to what is pulled up in Acrorip. I am at a loss. Any help greatly appreciated.

If you try to use both White Channels, the base prints with a yellow tint.

If you turn the 1st White Channel OFF, the base is printed White.

Is there a fix to get both White Channels to work?

Can Acrorip configure Epson ET-7700 or ET-8500 to draw UV ink from the Pb or Gray tanks upon a specific color callout from the software? For example, if the software calls out R:224 G:255 B:255 we want the printer to draw from the Pb tank. Is this possible with Acrorip?

When setting up my ink channels for my Epson 3800 in Acrorip 10.2, I need to change the 2nd to last ink channel on the right that is "OFF" to Yellow. The menu button is greyed out and will not allowing me to do so.

I print with a DTF L1800. When I submit a print to the printer AcroRip10.0, it does not come to scale or size wanted. Circles comes out as oval-shaped.

10.4 Bug Fix Upgrade for XP-15000

I have a purchased a LEGAL resale copy of 10.3 from someone who originally purchased within the last 6 mos. I don't know if my 10.3 download code is unique and encodes a serial number, or if a serial number can be found from the dongle that I posses, or what.
I am experiencing paper feed problems with the XP15000 which is a known bug with 10.3 and I need the upgrade to 10.4. It seems fair that DTGPro/AcroRIP should allow my upgrade if they are to reassure purchasers that they are purchasing a product that is fairly resellable - should the buyer desire that option.

I see the support contact form for the 10.4 beta (and I prefer to wait until not beta) requires original purchaser information. Is there the possibility of any exceptions so I may get 10.4, a version that is usable with my XP15000, without the bug preventing me from getting what I paid for in the first place?

How can I request a fair exception so I may get a working version?

Hi!

we are currently using an Epson R1800 printer for DTF prints but the maintenance (as it is a personal desktop printer) just isn't great for the volume we are printing. We are facing the 'red blinking light of death' over and over and fixing is always a pain due to the small size and lack of proper maintenance tools beside the adjustment tools.

We are currently considering either switching to the Epson 4880 or 7880 as we are using a couple of larger Epson printers and those are all great to maintenance and very reliable.

What we would require though is an option to roll print on DTF film using the 4880 oder 7880. I noticed that Acrorip 10 is supposed to fix the roll printing issue present in version 9 (roll printing not working with white layers).

Hence my question, would we be able to use DTF roll film with Acrorip 1ß and either the Epson 4880 oder 7880?

I am getting ready to convert my R3000 to DTF. I was doing some research this morning and read in the Acrorip updates that any printer with Matte and Photo Black only the matte channel can be used? My intention was to add an additional White, so what do I put in the photo channel cleaning solution or distilled water?
